Nike Sportswear has reason to celebrate in 2012, as the year marks the 30th anniversary of the company’s Air Force 1 sneaker line.

The basketball kicks released back in 1982 were the first to use the Nike Air technology, and the upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Low Max Air VT celebrates the occasion with a new green-and-brown camouflage look and a transparent housing around the air unit, with orange highlights allowing you to peer at the sneaker’s innards.

The low-top kicks will be available starting on April 20, 2012 at New York’s flagship store.
