Bear Grylls And Freediver, William Trubridge, Go to New Depths



William Trubridge discusses the sport of freediving and the physiological effects of diving over 330 feet into the darkness without fins, ropes or weights.  Trubridge says that he needs adrenaline to power him, but it can actually make his dives harder.  He really is “half-man, half-fish.”
