Separate-toed footwear is all the rage right now. Sure, it looks ridiculous, but those who have embraced it swear by it.
Now Fila is entering the separate-toed footwear game with the oddly named Skele-toes Amp: running sneakers with four slots for your toes (the pinky toe and its neighbor share a slot to make the shoes easier to slip on). There’s a lot of actual sneaker here, which trades the feeling of running barefoot for increased durability over rougher terrains.
As an added bonus, the four-slot design makes it look like you’ve got alien feet.
You can get a pair from Fila for $75 in a variety of colors.
