The boxy cars dive and swerve around the track almost like dogs, and the whole event has a very scrappy, exciting feel that is missing from drive-around-in-circles races like NASCAR (not that those can’t also be exciting).

When the cars in the race are so sloppy looking that you’d be shocked to see them on the street, much less in a racing environment, you know it’s got to be good.
