Get ready for one of the noisiest, most competitive Caribbean action sports events of the year. Rally Jamaica will take place from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2 in New Kingston, at the heart of the tropical island nicknamed, “Jamrock.” The second longest running International rally in the Caribbean lures world and national champions, who race on loose gravel stages at neck-breaking speed.

“The machinery is world class, the competition is fierce and the rivalry is like no other, but the camaraderie is the high point of it all and the action from the thrills and spills of the sport are amongst the most entertaining in the world,” say the organizers.

Over the past few decades, Rally Jamaica spectators have been wowed by drivers like the 1994 World Rally Champion, Didier Auriol, and champions from around the Caribbean and other nations like England, Costa Rica, Japan and Sweden. The Defending Rally Jamaica Champion is John “Penti” Powell, who snagged the title for the first time in 2011 after finishing in the top five several times. He’ll be back this year to try and retain his crown.

To see Powell in action, why not book a last minute flight to Jamaica?

We doubt you’ll be disappointed.
