If you were to cancel your gym membership and take up parkour, you may not be as talented as the incredible Chris Lodge at first. 

But that’s to be expected. Simply running this many places in such a short span of time would take it out of most people, let alone all the tumbling, bouncing and flipping.

So start by running. Then add in a jump over a curb. Maybe extend your hand to push off a bench. A soft tumble on a grassy patch wouldn’t hurt.

If you keep it up, you may be able to give Lodge a run for his money sooner rather than later.

Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to somersault over to our espresso machine.
