Riding Shipstern Bluff is like flossing the teeth of a giant Kraken. Surfers who tempt the legendary Tasmanian wave beg to be chewed up and digested in a gyre of water and rocks. Kelly Slater, Andy Irons and Ross Clarke-Jones are a few of the famed surfers to take on this isolated shark-infested swell.
