Dan McCain Conquers Mosier Creek Falls

It appears as if Dan McCain won’t let up until all the world’s raftable cataracts have been utterly crushed.

We’ve already showed you his inexplicable 125-foot record dam drop of Condit Dam on the White Salmon River in Washington, and his descents of being stuck in the raft race, including Punchbowl Falls at Eagle Creek and Spirit Falls on the Little White Salmon River, have been well documented.

This 70-foot descent of Mosier Creek Falls in Oregon, however, is one of McCain’s best descents yet. Paired with paddling buddy Josh Sheldon, the two tumble over the falls and get weightless in the whitewater only to splash down perfectly at the base.

Thanks to GoPro, we get to sit in the raft along for the ride. And look! Not a drop of water on my keyboard.
